Head Coach 12U & 14U

Randall Morris

With 30 years in the North Texas Region of USAV, Coach Morris brings a wealth of experience. His playing career began at the Greenhill School in Dallas and the University of LaVerne. He played three seasons for the UNT club team, including college club nationals. As a coach, Morris helped found DFW High Intensity Volleyball Club, the only NTR club dedicated to boys volleyball at the time. He also served as Commissioner of Volleyball for Krum Youth Sports Association and coached the 12U national team for Team Metroplex.

Head Coach 17U

PJ Redmon

PJ Redmon joins HQ Volleyball with five years of coaching experience, most recently with Team Metroplex as the 16-1 National assistant coach. He has also played a pivotal role in establishing volleyball programs, including forming two USAV club teams for the Krum Youth Sports Association (KYSA) and starting a new youth program in Sanger that now serves over 125 players. PJ is passionate about creating a fun learning environment and teaching his players valuable leadership skills on and off the court.
